Important Notice Regarding Start Right Voice and Start Right Online Transactions

The confidentiality of your PIN/Password is your responsibility. It is presumed that anyone who enters your SSN and PIN or your User ID and Password has been authorized by you to do so. A person having access to both your SSN and PIN or your User ID and Password may be able to access your Participant Account and initiate transactions. If that occurs, the Plan and its Trustee cannot protect you from the results of such transactions. For your protection, you may, from time to time, change your Account Access Information. In order to change your PIN, select the 'PIN Change' function on the Start Right Voice. To change your User ID and Password select the change box when you login to Start Right Online. Your initial use of your PIN or Password to access your Participant Account constitutes your understanding and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Plan's provisions and policies with respect to Participant Account transactions. You also agree:

  • That neither the Plan, the Plan Sponsor, the Plan Administrator, the Plan Trustee, the Custodian, nor any authorized agent of those parties shall be liable for any loss or claim, any failure of the electronic/telecommunications/telephone system used, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control, in connections with instructions given by you or anyone else using your SSN and PIN or User ID and Password, over the telephone or internet, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Plan, the Plan Sponsor, the Plan Administrator, the Plan Trustee, and the Custodian, and their agents from any claims arising out of any alleged unauthorized use of your PIN or Password.
  • That you will not disclose your Account Access Information to anyone not authorized to request transactions on behalf of your Participant Account and to promptly change your Account Access Information if you suspect that any unauthorized person has access to your account information.
  • That Participant Account information received by you through Start Right Voice and/or Start Right Online is generally accurate; however, you understand the Plan and its Trustee reserve the right to make timely correction of errors.
